Tianlin is ICCT’s NDC-TIA researcher. At ICCT, his research mainly focuses on abating air pollutant and greenhouse gas emissions from heavy-duty vehicles. He conducts cost-benefit analyses and leads NDC-TIA local-level studies in Guangdong province.
