Ke carries out research for WRI's NDC-TIA China project. At WRI, she works to promote zero-emission mobility in China, and ensure it is accessible to all. Her research focus is on the policy solutions, techno-economic feasibility, and social dynamics of zero-emission vehicle transition. She is based in Beijing, China.
